HIRE THE HUB

We have two rooms available for hire by the general public available from 9.00am - 10.00pm Monday - Thursday and 9.00am - 11.30pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Our main hall accommodates 80 people comfortably.  It is an ideal location for special occasions such as birthday parties and family get togethers.

Our meeting room easily accommodates 6 people.  Please note that access to this room is up a flight of stairs. 

At this stage in our development we do not have a bar,  However, you are permitted to have alcohol at your event providing you do not sell it to your guests.  

Whilst we have a kettle, urn, microwave, fridge and dishwasher available for use by hirers, we do not yet have a kitchen.  

You are welcome to make your own arrangements for outside caterers to provide food. 

The hire cost for a one- off event is from £15.50 per hour.  

Set up and clear up time is chargeable.  So, if you need to set up for and clear away after a 2 hour children's party, for example, you would book a 3 hour slot. Our "Guidance For Hirers" gives you more information.
